PIZZA GRILLED CHEESE

Makes: 2 sandwiches

• 4 slices bread

• butter or margarine

• 4 slices of mozzarella cheese

• peperoni (mini size is best)

• basil

• parmesan cheese

• pizza sauce (for dipping)

Warm a large skillet on medium heat.

Butter each piece of bread on one side.

Put a slice of bread on pan - butter side down.

Add one slice of cheese, a bit of basil, a bit of parmesan, and top with pepperoni and another slice of cheese.

Put another piece of bread on top - butter side up.

You are finished when both sides are golden.

Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
